it’s valentine’s day, if you didn’t know.
you probably do though cuz everybody and their mother has posted about it. (including me, now, obviously)
but i’m barely gonna see my girl today because she’s working and then she has class til late.
this will be our second valentine’s day together. last year, we ended up getting a hotel room and ordering pizza and drinking and listening to music and having sex and being stupid and just generally enjoying each other’s company.
this year is completely different. we live together. i get her every single day and it’s not always a picnic (cuz after living with anybody, you each do stupid shit that piss the other off), but at the end of the day, she’s mine and i’m the one holding her while she falls asleep.
our relationship has recently been put through a stress test and i’ve gotta say, ashley’s really been a total champ. not only has she been supporting me financially, but emotionally as well.
she’s my biggest source of daily support and encouragement.
everybody always says this about their significant other, but legitimately, i don’t know where i’d be without my girlfriend. i don’t know what i’d be doing.
anyway, i say all this just to sum up the incredible amount of love i have for this girl. i adore you, ashley.
